I received a personal call from Matt, the owner, on the day of my arrival, which was a nice touch and made me feel at ease. The room was tastefully decorated, larger than expected, and had a comfortable bed with access to Netflix. The shared kitchen was a bonus, and the bathrooms were modern with a large walk-in shower. The free parking on the driveway was convenient, and the communication from Matt throughout my stay was excellent.
